    • We accept returns on products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Perishable goods such as food items may not be eligible for returns due to health and safety reasons. Additionally, certain non-perishable items may not be eligible for returns if they are marked as final sale or clearance items.

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at vasamflorists@gmail.com within 1 - 2 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Refund Process:
    • Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 4 – 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
  5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    • If your order arrives with damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or a description of the incorrect items to process a return and refund or replacement.
  6. Cancellation Policy:
