1. Under what circumstances when refund is possible?
Refund is possible under following circumstances :
a. Orders cancelled upon request.

Amount of refund after order cancellation is as follows
b. Recipient not satisfied with the delivered Flowers/Gifts
If the recipient is dissatisfied with the quality of product received due to un-fresh Flowers or the quality, the customer who ordered the Flowers/Gifts will be given 100% refund subjected to some other point of our terms and condition and provided that
» The recipient refuses to accept the Flowers/Gifts and returns it instantly at the address stated on the Delivery Order with intact condition
» Customer writes to us a mail stating the reason of dissatisfaction along with the Transaction ID, the sender and the receiver's name in the Email Form. This feedback will help us to improve our customer service.
c. Unavailability of type or color of Flower/Gifts
The website holds the right to substitute products with similar product of equal or higher value depending upon the limitations, type, color and quantity available for purchase at that particular point of time. No refund request shall be entertained for this reason.
d. Destination of delivery is beyond our coverage
In case any area is not accessible for any reason that is beyond our control or is out of our specified city list.
2. How is the refund procedure being carried out?
Refund will be carried out within three days once the mentioned criteria are fulfilled. The moment refund processing gets successful, you will receive a refund notification via email. Keep the refund notification safely to check against your monthly credit card bill.
